Referring Party Obligations
JPMorgan Chase values all sources of talent, including referrals, who will enable us to fulfill our mission of doing first-class business in a first-class way. We are focused on getting the right people into the right jobs, assessing candidates through a rigorous and consistent process executed with the highest levels of integrity. Hiring decisions must be based on the merits of all job candidates, regardless of their referral designation.
As the Referring Party of the candidate, you must accurately designate your referral. The designation may drive the need for additional information during the recruiting process. If you become aware of facts indicating that the referral designation should be updated, you are required to submit a new referral with the new information. Prior to extending an offer, the details of the referral may be subject to a further review by Compliance.
By submitting the referral, you agree that your designation is true and correct to the best of your ability, agree not to interfere with the recruiting process at any time and will abide by the Company’s Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption Policy.
