 Perform review of financial or other statements and/or legal documents and update systems as appropriate
  • Manage activity pipeline and execute credit monitoring activities as required
  • Perform covenant calculations. Provide high-level observations on loan agreement compliance, financial statement trends, and covenant calculations that could result in the need for a waiver and / or loan agreement modification. Produce loan agreement waiver form. Identify / report early warning signs and “out of compliance” events.
  • Manage annual reviews of loans as per procedures
  • Calculate compliance of quantitative covenants in accordance with the Loan Agreement.  Typical quantitative covenants to calculate include:  Debt  Service Ratio,  Current Ratio and Current Maturity of Long Term Debt.  This is done for all guarantors.
  • Create Annual Certification change request per requirements
  • Compiles and analyzes information requiring independent decision making. Identifies and communicates issues regarding borrower loan agreements, financial statements, and covenant compliance. Decisions impact the quality of the loan portfolio.
  • Provide loan application set-up support . Identify and setup monitoring requirements  as established in the loan agreement. 


    • Bachelor degree in accounting or business related degree
    • Business credit experience, strong understanding of the credit process and/or Underwriting experience preferred
    • Familiarity with various loan documents, financial statements and reports preferred
    • Strong verbal & written communication skillsto effectively communicate with various stakeholders
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and works effectively in a team environment, while assuming individual responsibility
    • Attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to formulate and articulate objective views based on professional analysis
    • Proven ability to act independently and work in a fast paced, high production environment
    • High level of proficiency in organizing, priority setting, and issues management
    • Demonstrated computer skills (including MS suite of applications)
