The Digital Lending Solutions team is charged with creating a fully integrated, elegant and seamless digital experience across the entire life cycle for clients and advisors, as well as developing & launching new lending products to meet Wealth Management client needs. As digital product managers, we build the strategic vision and execute with our partners to create digital offerings that drive 360-degree client engagement, revenue growth, and market share.
As an Associate, Digital Product Management, this role is responsible for the securities based lending product line and client experience for Chase Wealth Management, JP Morgan Securities, and JP Morgan Private Bank clients. The candidate will engage with key stakeholders across business, product, engineering and brand teams to develop, prioritize and own a significant portion of the lending product roadmap. Measuring client behavior, client feedback, financial performance is an essential part of the role to continually improve and evolve the offering.
The candidate is client-focused, passionate and experienced with creating useful and intuitive financial products and features. Experienced with leading agile teams, collaborating with design, UX, and research experts, and driving decision-making across cross-functional groups.

This role reports to the global Head of Digital Lending, Wealth Management.
Design & prioritize new features and client experience enhancements, informed by data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and business goals
Partner with research teams, and investment and banking advisors to understand client needs
Build consensus among stakeholders and partner with engineers and designers to deliver high quality experiences
Provide clear vision and documentation, including use cases, product requirements, and high-level wire frames to support UX design, tech development, and operations support
Present product updates, including performance metrics, delivery status, and roadmap updates
Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall customer experience
