REPORTING TO:           Associate (Manager) – Financial and Regulatory Reporting                 
 
 
The JP Morgan Financial Reporting Team manage the production and review of annual and interim financial statements for a wide range of hedge and mutual fund clients. This Financial Reporting Team take direct responsibility for the production, review and delivery of financial statements of and related accounting/portfolio information for key clients. This role involves supporting the team with administrative & Business Management aspect.

 

Experience:

 
We are looking for a candidate with business management & administration experience who will be able to support the team & its leads on their day to day infrastructure requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as contributing to strategic goals for the future. The candidate should be able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting leads & team with their infrastructure requirement
  • Managing seat allocations within teams
  • Tracking headcount by team
  • Supporting hiring activity within team
  • Facilitates the team events, conferences etc.
  • Preparing MIS for top management
  • Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines at peak delivery times
  • Ability to implement change, seek efficiencies and manage initiatives along with your daily workload
  • Ability to work within a team and to build key internal relationships across different stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
  • Knowledge of MS Office
