This position is part of the Client Account Services (CAS) Product & Regulatory team, the primary responsibility will be to oversee the Class Action migration from JPMorgan to an outsourced service provider. The candidate will work with multiple teams including Custody Product and Client Services teams. They will be responsible for migrating clients to the new vendor, ensuring all eligible accounts are coded correctly and the transition has no impact to client service and clients continue to receive the appropriate Class Action notifications. In addition to this there is a wider strategic program to review the end to end Product offering, including the account set up process and technology architecture required for on-boarding clients. The new member of the team would be expected to fully participate in this Project. In addition to Class Actions, the successful candidate would also be required to support Third Party and Direct Dealing FX set up’s, which are requested on a daily basis. Along with these two primary activities the candidate would also support some of the other strategic programs, which the Product & Regulatory team is currently working on, including MiFID II, T2S, Lux Custody window and the Custody Brexit strategy.
