Global Compliance Practices (GCP) plays a critical role in the successful execution of the firm's compliance mission.  The Compliance function ensures the development and maintenance of a strong compliance culture by developing and maintaining program infrastructure that identifies, measures and monitors compliance with applicable laws, regulations and rules that govern our business globally. Compliance teamwork closely with business, legal, risk, and audit functions to provide expertise on regulatory compliance matters, assess and measure compliance and related risks, and monitor and test the adequacy of the firm's compliance control environment.


One of the programs within GCP is the end-to-end management of Legal and Regulatory Obligations that are relevant to the Compliance function. This includes the identification, evaluation, analysis, and mapping of Obligations.  The Quality Assurance (QA) Reviewer will be responsible for assessing Compliance’s adherence to established requirements and best practices. This includes ensuring that processes and controls meet the established standards of quality including accuracy, reliability, and documentation.  


Responsibilities (included but are not limited to the following):

  • Evaluate the adequacy and quality of work performed
  • Apply quality assurance procedures, sample methodology, and related guidance
  • Develop and maintain supporting evidence and documentation
  • Identify and recommend areas of improvement
  • Contribute to test process enhancement initiatives
  • Communicate QA results with impacted stakeholders and senior management
  • Plan and execute testing in an organized, analytical, and timely fashion
  • Collect statistical QA data for reporting and trend analysis
  • Partner with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure Quality Assurance programs are executed consistently across functions and are based on a robust set of controls and procedures

  • College degree, specializing in Legal and Regulatory requirements, Business, Technology, Operations, Industry Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • 3 plus years’ experience in risk, control, testing, investigations, or auditing
  • Self-starter and able to work in a fast paced and agile environment
  • Demonstrated experience in data collection, analysis, and problem solving
  • Ability to network with internal community to foster positive and proactive approach to resource prioritization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management
  • Proven experience working well individually and in teams, sharing information, supporting colleagues and encouraging participation
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, and Visio
