CIB Governance and Program Management goals are to ensure a sound control
environment and provide program management for the CIB Finance and Risk cross
Line of Business (LOB) programs and projects. The project team provides project
management support for Corporate Investment Banking initiatives impacting a variety
of systems from risk management to the general ledger which span across multiple lines
of business within CIB.
The Latam team is looking for an Associate to assist on the implementation and
management of a variety of F&BM programs across the region, mainly focused in
Business Expansion, Regulatory and Financial Control.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Assisting with the management of project scope, stakeholders, risks and issues,
as well as be the project manager for small/mid-size projects.
· Leading and facilitating effective meetings across a global space to meet
· Drafting project plan, business requirements, test execution plan, UAT entrance
& exit criteria, standardized test cases to be leveraged during UAT
· Perform Analysis of data to achieve milestones
· Coordinate F&BM UAT (user acceptance testing) across all CIB lines of
· Communicate project status to senior stakeholders
· Partner with technology to ensure the design and build requirements meet
business needs
· Ensure control framework is not compromised by project implementations


The candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven
environment and capable of communicating and escalating appropriately across a large
senior audience. Additional qualifications include:
· Bachelor degree required
· Project Management experience is a plus
· Accounting and/or Finance experience required; knowledge of local accounting
and regulatory framework a strong plus
· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Proven leadership skills

Able to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion.
· Experience working on large projects or leading smaller end to end projects
· Experience with CIB products a strong plus
· Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
· Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage to
changes in plan
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues
· Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
· Proven flexibility
· Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
· Able to critically challenge when warranted with the goal of resolving issues
· Spanish and English proficiency required; Portuguese is a plus
