The Executive Recruiter will focus on identifying and assessing passive external & internal talent, proactively fulfilling succession planning needs, increasing internal mobility and providing competitive intelligence to help our clients make informed hiring and business decisions.
The primary focus of the Executive Recruiter is to proactively identify and cultivate a pipeline of top talent, including diverse executive level candidates for the CCB organization. The successful candidate will utilize multiple direct sourcing techniques including cold calling, online databases, social media sites, Boolean keyword searching, job boards, contact lists, networking, employee referrals and attending industry and diversity related events
The role is a combination of: 1) recruiting and sourcing executive level talent, (including diverse talent) for active and open requisitions (Managing Director level) 2) Constantly sourcing and networking with passive talent in order to facilitate introductory/exploratory interviews within the executive management team and 3) Building out competitive intelligence
Become a subject matter expert in aligned LOBs/functions, both internally and across the broader market
Develop a personal and company “brand” in the marketplace, for top talent
Capture and report on key metrics that show results, trends and opportunities in key talent relationship development markets and supported business
Consult with Hiring Managers to develop defined recruitment strategies to create active applicant pool to meet business requirements
Must be able to design and execute a creative sourcing strategy
Research, implement and maintain leading edge sourcing tools and resources that improve candidate flow
Ability to organically generate a pipeline of qualified prospects
Must be expert at cold calling into the market to discuss executive level opportunities in addition to firm wide initiatives such as diversity and military with all individuals (as appropriate)
Must be able to build and maintain a relationship with candidates as they go through the recruiting process
Deliver quality full cycle recruiting by sourcing, interviewing, closing and executing the offer with the candidate
Provide an outstanding customer/candidate experience at Chase focusing on the Five Keys to a Great Customer Experience
