Within Consumer and Community Banking, the Digital IT team is responsible for setting and executing strategies that align with business objectives and drive innovation across Chase Online and Mobile, helping to establish the best Digital banking customer experience in the industry.

As a QA Automation Developer/Lead within the Digital Data Services team you will contribute to high quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing applications for the Chase Online customer base. You will contribute to the development of both automated and manual test scripts and ongoing regression testing of a number of strategic software applications. The ability to communicate effectively is required as you will work closely with other groups both within and outside of Digital to coordinate testing efforts of your assigned application components to ensure the successful delivery of the

• 6+ years of experience working with full SDLC
• 3+ year experience in Agile Methodology
• 5+ years of hands on experience with Automation development using Cucumber
• 3+ years of experience as software developer using any one Object oriented languages (e.g. Java etc.)
• A college degree or equivalent experience
• Understands the concepts of the Test Driven Design or Behavior Driven Design 
• Hands-on experience with understanding and updating Gherkin (Given/When/Then)
• Hands-on experience with Test Cycle Management tools like JIRA
• Good experience Online Banking Application and Data flow in different system
• Hands-on experience in testing SOAP/Rest services
• Experience in Database testing in DB2, Cassandra and Hadoop
• Experience in Batch Job Testing
• Experience in participating in SCRUM team as Test Engineer
• Must have working knowledge in building and executing automation scripts
• Use of 2 or more development languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript SQL, etc.) 
• Development or test automation tools/frameworks (e.g. Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium,,REST,SOAP-UI, JIRA, etc.)
• Platforms/OS/Servers (e.g. Windows Server, Linux/Unix, Apache, Tomcat, etc.)
• Working knowledge on CI tools such as Jenkins / Bit bucket
• Development of the test case execution plan, test case execution, managing issues, and status metrics
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Can build and understand requirements and business modelling such as class diagram and activity/sequence diagram
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operated comfortably in a multi-task / multi priority environment across a global team
• Working with a global team and responsible for directing/reviewing the test planning and execution work efforts of an offshore team
• Must be detail oriented and capable of analyzing issues from the perspective of customers/users
• Must work collaboratively with BSA/Developers and proactively identify defects during each iteration / Sprint
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles, techniques and tools desired

• Experience with client server environments
