Our Global Service Centers (GSCs) are strategically positioned in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to support the firm’s operations regionally and globally. The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.

As a Sr. Associate in Global Banking P&A, you will manage reporting, month end activity; consolidate and analyse business data; and provide ad hoc analysis/reports for Transaction Services line of business. You will also support annual budgeting and forecast activity and client reporting & MIS.
  • Producing for the senior management key month-end reports like EMR packs, Performance reports etc.
  • Analyzing operating results and key cost/revenue drivers (Revenues/Expenses/Capital & Across LOBs)
  • Sound knowledge of liquidity management business of banks & Rates movement & its beta impact on P&L across geography which should be used for planning/forecasting P&L
  • Sound knowledge of bank’s treasury business like Escrow, CCM etc. & how the services impact the P&L
  • Partner and Collaborate with product Business Managers, Controllers and Other Finance Teams when working on various BAU and adhoc deliverables
  • Supporting ad hoc requests for expense/revenue analysis and reviews like QBR’s, OC reviews etc.
  • Supporting monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast process
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives like sound planning & forecasting of TS revenues
  • Developing key- trends on interest rate movements which will help analyse business head during earnings release
  • Provide direction and support to the team
  • Proactively develop the team and allocate/match resources to get the best results
  • MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional degree.
  • At least 8-8 years of overall experience (post qualification) with at least 6+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
  • Commercially aware, proactive self-starter, results driven and solution oriented.
  • Proven track record of designing and providing value add decision support and business performance analysis (e.g., driver and activity based analysis, profitability studies, business case reviews, zero based budgeting, modeling and forecasting etc).
  • Analytical mindset, structured approach with project management/process orientation.
  • Hands on multi-tasker, self directed, capable of working independently and as part of the team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Advanced MS Excel (data manipulation, macros, v-lookups, pivot tables and Advanced Excel applications) / MS Access/ MS PowerPoint skill sets
  • Ability to handle large data sets, manipulate the same and provide meaningful information in a quick turnaround time 
  • Knowledge of Cognos BI Tool, Data Visualization tools like Qlikview/Tableau will be an added advantage
