Workforce Technology is looking for a Solutions Architect to join our global team and help shape the portfolio and architecture strategy for over 300 applications. You will have the opportunity to transform the employee experience and drive new platform paradigms through this high visibility role, partnering with all parts of the HR Technology and business groups. The perfect person for this role will thrive in an environment that features varied interesting work across projects, coupled with coaching and mentoring/practice development.
In addition to a track record with emergent design on substantial custom built applications the ideal candidate will have experience with SaaS & on-prem hybrid 3rd party portfolios, integration, experience mapping, portfolio management, application and infrastructure architecture and agile engineering principles.
