Job profile - Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assisting with Sales activities like Prospect Search and Pipeline tracking for new and existing funds
  • Preparing and reviewing pitch-books, client books and quarterly reports for various GRA funds
  • Updating RFPs / RFIs for various Funds
  • Partnering with various product specialists and client portfolio managers for ad-hocs
  • Competitor research activity for Global real assets
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases, client cash-flows, Fund AUMs & other books on monthly & quarterly basis
  • Responding to Audit requests for GRA Clients
  • Maintaining a high level of competency in reviewing data and reports, and identifying gaps / issues
  • Partnering with relevant team(s) to build efficiency and implement requisite control checks
  • Participating in weekly meetings, info-shares and fund webcasts
  • Reviewing and updating Client level Questionnaires.
Education:  Graduate / Post Graduate (M.B.A) with good academic background, financial concentration.
 
Experience:  1-3 years post qualification relevant experience preferably from real estate, infrastructure or consulting firms. 
 
Skill sets:
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to understand relevance of information, ability to synthesize and summarize information
  • Strong interest in real estate and high attention to detail
  • Self starter, able to prioritize key tasks effectively
  • Analytical mindset, Ability to manage multiple deliverables
  • Well developed written and quantitative analytic skills
  • Ability to simultaneously manage competing priorities
  • Good understanding of real estate vocabulary preferred
  • Problem solving skills, Strong partnership skills
  • Quality and timeliness. Proactive approach
  • Ability to grasp/ learn concepts quickly. Multi tasking and learning while working are highly desirable traits
  • Good Modelling Skills
  • Good Presentation Skills
