Duties: Manage a team of developers, guiding them through the full software development life cycle of requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, and release. Develop complex solutions in .NET developed in C#. Collect and analyze complex business requirement. Design proposed implementations and pitch to stakeholders for approval. Lead the development of proposed solutions, making the decision whether to implement the solution or allocate to other development resources. Develop reporting solutions in tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Develop test strategies that ensure code that is promoted to production is bug free and meets the requirements of the stakeholders. Responsible for application hygiene, ensuring that the application is compliant with all Cyber, SDLC, and Information Risk Management policies. Ensure that the application and team processes comply with SOX regulations. Act as first point of contact for internal audit, SOX auditors, and external auditors ensuring that requests are attended to in a timely manner with the appropriate level of documentation.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the position offered or seven (7) years of experience as Software Engineer, IT Consultant, Programmer Analyst, or related role.

Skills Required: This position requires four (4) years of experience with the following: C#; building WPF applications from the ground up; using Entity Framework; developing with WCF; developing reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS); and managing the delivery of .NET applications in Agile environment. This position requires six (6) years of experience building applications on SQL Server databases. This position requires seven (7) years of experience with .NET.
