  • Handle calls, taking messages, organizing conferences, maintain calendars and directories permanently updated.
  • Organize business travel reservations airfare and hotels. Managing  agendas and business itineraries, confirmation of appointments, time and place of meetings.
  • Take care of the requirement needs of internal and external customers, as requests for information, signatures on documents, articles of incorporation, prints, crafts, etc.
  • Assistance in preparing presentations for regional meetings and other projects.
  • Preparation of attendance lists, booking rooms and equipment requisitions audio and / or video.
  • Preparation and processing Teems (Spending Accounts) for travel, expenses, costs and other cell phone.
  • Monitoring of charges recorded in Corporate AMEX card and monitor them as well as payments.
  • Preparation and processing of claims for reimbursement of medical expenses, filing and tracking.
  • Registration and maintenance of vacation days for the members of the team in Mexico.
  • Maintenance of email Distribution Lists.
  • Maintain inventory of stationery and newspapers online orders (e-Purchase) of paper, toners, letterhead, envelopes, etc.
  • Coordinate client events, client meetings and visits from colleagues from abroad
  • Extremely Organized;
