The Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Digital Program Manager within Security Services will lead multiple technical projects from initiation through implementation. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Establishes project requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Ensures project is completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant firmwide guidelines.
  • Coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Managing budget for program, monitors project progress, and provides reporting and escalation with respect to expected milestones and budget spend.

This role will include people management responsibilities where directs are responsible for various work streams within the overall program.


Candidates must be proficient in the following:
  • Project Task Estimation
  • Resource Scheduling
  • Risk Management
  • Issue Management
  • Adherence to Standard Project Lifecycle
  • Budget / Financial Management including Business Case completion
  • Evaluation of impact to Total Cost of Ownership for multiple simultaneous, complex projects
  • Supporting agile and agile transformative objectives
This individual and his/her team will support several teams that may cross program boundaries.
 
This position is anticipated to require the use of one or more High Security Access (HSA) systems. Users of these systems are subject to enhanced screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks, and/or other enhanced screening at the time of accepting the position and on an annual basis thereafter. The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.
 
  • 15+ years of overall experience with 8+ years of experience in Technology Project/Program Management
  • Ability to manage a line of business scale endeavor requiring multiple independent work streams to accomplish a defined result
  • Ability to manage a significant number of complex technology programs running across multiple lines of business, containing multiple, interrelated objectives targeting at achieving an overall business goal
  • Ability to lead programs from initiation through implementation leveraging agile methodologies
  • Demonstrates sound project management fundamentals: Establishes program requirements, defines priorities, defines critical path, and deadlines
  • Ability to face-off with executive leadership and GTI resources to ensure successful delivery; demonstrates solid written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates critical thinking: anticipates problems and establishes methods to mitigate project/program risks
  • Ensures program is completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant firm-wide guidelines. Coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects.
  • Ability to manage high cost budgets, monitor program progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly
  • Has experience coaching and mentoring less experienced team members
  • Has experience in agile delivery, agile at scale or within large organizations, and agile transformation
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
  • Project Management and Scrum Certifications are preferred
Preferred
  • Experience in the identity management, authentication, cyber security, or fraud prevention fields
  • Experience with both software engineering and infrastructure delivery
  • Some experience with working in the financial or other regulated industry
