The Commercial Banking (CB) Product Solutions Team represents Commercial Banking clients on global product initiatives across the bank – including Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Treasury Services, Consumer and Community Banking Card and Commerce Solutions. The Product Solutions team is tasked with defining the Treasury Services product and delivery strategy for Commercial Banking clients broadly and for each CB segment.  
 
Reporting to the Head of Product Solutions, the Product Packaging Delivery Manager will define the Treasury Services product offering for each major client segment, with the first area of focus the $20 - $10MM client segment.  The candidate will be responsible for product strategy and delivery, feature enhancement prioritization, product and sales readiness and pricing strategy (in partnership with the Revenue Management team).  This role will partner closely with $20 - $100MM Banking lead, the Digital product and broader Product Solutions teams as well as multiple other partners in developing a packaged product set and client experience. 
 
 
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Define and manage the CB TS product strategy and delivery for the $20-100 segment, with emphasis on the ChaseConnect, CashFlow360, Commercial Card and Commerce Solutions product sets. 
  • Align with Product Management counterparts in CB and as needed with CIB and Consumer and Community Banking (including Card and Merchant Services)
  • Coordinate product delivery and readiness to CB Sales, Service and Implementations
  • Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance and Finance
  • Develop a process to analyze and measure product use and trends across each client segment
  • Assist with content for marketing, communications, process & procedures, and standard proposal content
  • Assist with content and delivery of TS training
 
The individual assuming responsibility for the TS Product Packaging Delivery Manager role should have an outstanding track record in:
  • Establishing and executing a product’s go to market strategy for a particular client base
  • Delivering and prioritizing product enhancements and features to improve client experience and profitability
  • Planning and executing a client segmentation strategy
  • Tracking and analyzing client product use; proficiency with data analysis
  • Partnering effectively across multiple lines of business within the organization and various functional areas
  • BA/BS in Management, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in banking and/or financial services industry with additional experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Sales, Management Consulting.
  • Excellent time management and is a self starter with ability to deliver results on time.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with  multiple cross-functional teams including Product, Operations/Service, Sales, Marketing and across management levels on simultaneous projects
  • Thrives in dynamic and fast paced environment managing multiple concurrent initiatives with different delivery dates
  • Demonstrated communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processes
  • Project Management Skills; well-organized, structured approach, ability to achieve tight timelines on complex deliverables
  • Combination of strong analytical skills and creative problem solving - able to turn analysis into actionable insights and plans
  • Strategic thinking coupled with practical execution
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization (including senior management)
