The Process Coordinator will be responsible for information management and prioritization, including any scheduling needed to ingest new documents / new disclosures into a central database, coordinating with Technology around on going technology support needs, and quality assurance. This involves frequent cross-functional interaction with Legal and Compliance, Product and Business Support teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Partnering with a variety of teams to collect required legal documents and associated information to meet all regulatory and internal polices
  • Manage document updates and conduct quality control activities
  • Coordinate use of Golden Source Disclosure Library
  • Manage internal and vendor application user entitlements and access, training, and troubleshooting for user documentation collaboration
  • Perform quality assurance & collect and maintain BAU MIS metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent military experience
  • 3-5 years of experience within a financial services, operational or compliance fields
  • Experience in an operations environment
  • A "can do" attitude is a must with a passion for driving best practices
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently; able to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to successfully navigate a complex infrastructure that involves numerous groups and individuals
  • Consultative in approach, understanding and anticipating business partner needs and proactively delivering solutions. 
  • Ability to directly address conflicts and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Proficient with technology and systems and capable of applying knowledge to operations and understanding the overall infrastructure and business implications.
  • Proactive and responsive communicator, maintaining frequent contact with business partners, listening to understand needs, and taking ownership of incoming and outgoing messages.
