The Global Financial Information Reporting Solutions (FIRS) defines and delivers target end state operating models and technology requirements to strategically source data required for both internal and external reporting, and assist in positioning the firm to better respond to changing regulatory environments and internal demand requests.  As part of FIRS, the Internal Reporting Solutions team is responsible for operational execution to support environment readiness, ensuring data is fit for purpose, data transformation and enrichment occur in a controlled manner, and provide enhanced reporting and analysis across critical corporate internal reporting platforms. 
 
The Internal Reporting F3 Support Services Associate will be responsible for supporting LOB partners utilizing key Strategic Forecasting Program platforms.   The successful candidate will partner with business and technology stakeholders to provide process controls and communications ensuring accuracy and completeness of critical forecasting exercises.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Process & Data Analysis:  Understand process workflow, data flow, application design, and financial forecasting concepts to ensure forecast execution is complete and accurate.
  • Stakeholder Communications:  Provide a central point for communications related to Operations and Release Management by ensuring communications are accurate, clear, and timely.
  • Relationship Management:  Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders of the Strategic Forecasting Program including LOB partners, model developers, application development, technology production support, and offshore support teams.
  • Management Reporting and Metrics:  Assemble metrics, KPIs, and status reports for the management team.  This process includes identifying, explaining, and assessing key performance metrics.   
  • Controls and Process Reviews:  Support the business in operational controls by approving access, reviewing entitlements, and completing control related documentation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analysis, or Mathematics preferred
  • 4+ years of financial services or related work experience
  • Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge
  • Strong problem solving ability and analytical skills
  • Capable of working independently in a fast moving environment
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to support change
  • Detail oriented and precise
  • Technical experience with data analysis software (Python, Linux, MS Access, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
