The Marketing/Operations Support Analyst will work on the Client Service & New Strategy Team of Security Capital, will support the client facing team and serve as a key interface between Security Capital’s Client Service and Financial Operations teams. Primary activities include: Overseeing updates, compliance approval and distribution of all client, marketing and consultant materials in close coordination with Security Capital’s Financial Operations Team. The Analyst will also be responsible for coordinating RFIs, DDQs and other consultant, client and prospect information requests.  The Analyst will report to Security Capital’s Senior Client Portfolio Manager.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee updating and distribution of client and consultant reporting and marketing materials, including: quarterly reports, questionnaires, market commentaries, consultant databases, etc.
  • Coordinate J.P.Morgan compliance approval
  • Work closely with Security Capital’s Operations Team
  • Maintain and update “Master Slide Library”
  • Coordinate RFIs, DDQs and other consultant, client and prospect information requests
  • Oversee presentation preparation in conjunction with Client Service, Financial Operations and Investment Research teams
  • Update and maintain CRM database (APX)
  • Oversee periodic Lipper and peer reporting comparisons
  • Special projects and various other monthly/quarterly tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related educational background
  • Strong record of academic achievement
  • Two to five years of client service and/or operations experience in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of investment management industry
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence on many deadline-oriented projects
  • Superior written communication skills
  • Advanced understanding of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Maturity and professionalism to work with confidential information and senior team members
