Key Responsibilities Include:
 
  • Produce scheduled MIS reports and distribute to business partners
  • Work on Proof and Reconciliation functions for General Ledger postings
  • Work with business to define reporting requirements, develop, test and implement reports (production and ad-hoc) to help drive business decisions or operational needs.
  • Identify variances in key metrics and devise supporting commentary for senior management reports.
  • Develop, test, implement and maintain reporting (regular production and ad-hoc) that enable data driven business decisions.
  • Assure the data integrity of existing reports by confirming criteria, methodology and source reports.
  • Assist in the recertification of the reports inventory & analysis of data integrity of offshore production.
  • Participate in BAU Control/Oversight activities as needed
  • Assist in end to end review of Fee Billing processing functions and make process improvement recommendations.
  • Conduct RCSA activities including but not limited to re-performance and self-audit.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – MS Access, PowerPoint, & Excel functions including pivot tables, macros, and database creation.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business questions and needs.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills.
 Degree preferred – BS in MIS, Finance or related degree (or relevant experience)
