Partnership Relationship Manager will develop, implement and own the overall business relationship for new and assigned Partnership Programs.  This includes marketing programs, technology readiness, sales planning, forecasting and customer support readiness, as well as developing sales and marketing strategies to positively impact the key drivers:  Lead Generation, New Merchant Relationships and Profitability.
  • Subject matter expert to the Chase Paymentech sales team for Partnership Program development, including supporting the partnership sales effort
  • Coordinate all elements related to a Partnership Program by acting as a liaison and managing multiple internal business units, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Help Desk, as well as all external parties to ensure success of programs and a high-level of satisfaction from the partner relationships
  • Develop, implement and lead the launch of Partnership Programs taking into account all aspects of the go to market plan, including but not limited to, marketing programs, sales and partner training, forecasting and customer support readiness
  • Determine success criteria for Partnership Programs, tracking critical metrics and managing partnership relationships and partnership programs to ensure a continued flow of referrals.
  • Assess existing partnership programs and go to market strategies, identify opportunities to implement changes required to achieve your overall growth targets within the partner portfolio
  • Build and deliver partner business reviews to discuss results against key performance indicators and develop strategies to positively impact the relationship for both Chase Paymentech and the Partner.
  • Manage and resolve issues with partners to ensure timeliness and success of program
  • Re-negotiate partner contracts, as required, to retain partner relationships
  • Prepare required status reports and communicate effectively to senior management
  • Three to five years outside business to business sales and strategic account management experience
  • Marketing and project management experience preferred
  • Results driven with a strategic mindset and strong business development skills 
  • Highly self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, including driving results and meeting critical deadlines
  • Strong technical, organization and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Experience with MS Project preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, marketing and sales in lieu of degree
