The Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing a communication strategy for engagement with auto dealers. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Communication for Chase Auto Finance. 
 
The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, creative story-teller with sound editorial judgment and content management experience. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Create a strategy to communicate and educate dealers more effectively about Chase Auto Finance strategy and programs and position Chase as a partner and industry leader.
  • Execute tactics such as a regular newsletter, dealer roundtable meetings, executive events, webcasts, etc.
  • Coordinate with visual production teams and writers to deliver compelling and relevant content.
  • Implement and sustain a program to connect relationship managers with their clients through social media and our webpage.
  • Foster strong collaboration and teamwork among the Communications, Marketing and Sales teams to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Retail Lending and Dealer Commercial Services business partners to develop marketing communication strategies that support their needs.
  • Work across a matrixed organization to accomplish objectives. 
  • 10+ years in a marketing communications-related role, with increased levels of responsibility.
  • Excellent writer, editor and proof-reader
  • Experience with social and digital communication platforms.
  • Experience managing events and/or event strategy preferred.
  • Ability to develop metrics of success for each communication effort, and adjust plans as we learn what is working.
  • Organized project manager and multi-tasker, comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.  Proven ability to track complex and overlapping milestones and manage multiple priorities and urgent deadlines  
  • High degree of professionalism and flexibility.  Must be able to demonstrate speed and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, PhotoShop) is a plus.
