As the Designer/Developer, you’ll be responsible for technically programming and maintaining a website for Customer Assistance, with an emphasis on creatively enhancing the UI/UX in support of a better customer and employee experience. You’ll ensure we follow all internal infrastructure standards, and continually research emerging technologies for innovative solutions to maintain and update the site to keep it current and fresh. You’ll also help create, develop, and maintain new user tools for our customer-facing agents – sites and applications to make their jobs easier. This position requires technical talent along with the motivation to seek out opportunities for Customer Experience improvement and solve problems. Candidates must have rigorous attention to detail, and work at an accelerated pace without compromising quality.
