Roles & Responsibilities - include specific functions/ tasks/ performance objectives
The primary objective of the Trade Support & Settlement team is to take complete responsibility for all tasks involved in the settlement of Fixed Income and Equity deals in the processing systems. This role requires attention to detail, an awareness of the risks involved and an ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Ø Managing the Trade posting, modification and deletion of Trades for Fixed Income and Equity deals
Ø Follow up with the Middle Office for the Failed / Rejected Trades
Ø Reviewing Defects, Investigating and Notifying various Middle Office team based on Pre Settlement
Ø Monitoring of Various critical Control reports for the process.
Ø Following up with internal counterparty for unconfirmed trades
Ø Monitoring of reject queues and working with Custody team
Ø Coordinate with the Cash management team, Corp Action, Income Team and the Middle Office team for various events
Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Ø College Degree
Ø 1 to 2 years of Banking / Cash Product / Securities / Processing experience in financial services environment.
Ø This role requires meticulous attention to detail.
Ø An acute awareness of the high risk, time critical and complex nature of the Process environment, an ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines is essential.
Ø Flexible to work overtime and on holidays
Ø Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
