The Business Analyst will be part of the CCB Operations Quality Center of Excellence (COE) supporting management of the quality and testing programs across CCB.  The primary role of this team is to identify opportunities for greater Quality effectiveness and efficiency through four focus areas – comprehensive testing strategies across all Control and Operational entities, ongoing examination of testing programs for effectiveness and efficiency, reporting & automation to drive visibility and improve automated testing coverage.  The areas the teams are engaged in are often complex and can present complex, multilayered, and data intensive business challenges. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
The Business Analyst will:
  • Drive Quality COE agenda –Maintain prioritization queue and pipeline management.
  • Responsible for reviewing current state process maps to optimize future state process. Ready development for automating manual workflows using Robotic Process Automation.
  • Lead efforts to identify, analyze the feasibility, coordinate parties and drive implementation of opportunities for automation across CCB Ops. 
  • Drive end to end business and technical solution by coordinating various phases of development cycles.
  • Review production systems for automation opportunities to support the LOB system access needs.
  • Evaluate business requests for automation and prioritize pipeline.
  • Administer business function system access, establish functional ID’s and data mapping.
  • Collaborate with the COE governance team and business partners to develop best practices and identify tactical and/or strategic leverage points.
  • Maintain BOT Dashboard reporting.

  • Experience with Agile tools and technologies
  • Strong Experience in business analysis, reporting, problem identification, resolution and root cause analysis
  • Expert skills in Visio and PowerPoint Knowledge base/Education
  • Experience in VB/VBA/PowerShell .NET, SQL - Preferred
  • Solid experience in automation technologies, tools, and frameworks
  • Ability to team and partner collaboratively with business partners
  • Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis to identify and recommend test scope and test approach improvements
  • Ability to read through requirement and design documentation and identify test scenarios
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve comprehensive test coverage by understanding the test scope and approach.
  • Strong knowledge of building and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking skills
