The Chase Wealth Management (CWM) Operations Administration Department puts into action the policies and plans laid out by CWM Sales Management.
Operations Administration directly faces off with field and home office business partners and management, including Compliance, Legal, Risk, Supervision, Product and Audit, to assist with investment firm/sales administration initiatives, research and analysis. 
 
Responsibilities of the Operations Analyst may include managing small to medium size projects and initiatives, updates to firm policies and procedures, audit response preparation, addressing escalated challenges in the field, ownership of processes, and quality control review.  This will entail a good deal of project management, independent judgment, and the ability to work with senior leaders of the firm.
  • Requires 5+ years investment industry knowledge.
  • Prefer experience implementing operational controls in an Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA) testing environment
  • Requires strong project management skills, ability to work independently and attention to detail required
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with a focus on solutions and innovation
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with a proven ability to work with all levels of personnel including senior management
  • Expertise in Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
  • Ability to organize information in a concise and user friendly way
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
