The Corporate Compliance Technology (CCT) organization is experiencing significant growth as existing applications are being significantly enhanced or rebuilt.  In Corporate Compliance Technology (CCT) team, we are seeking a strong developer who wants to join a fast-paced, high-energy team in Bengaluru office to build Compliance Management Dashboards and MIS reports. The ideal candidate enjoys making significant enhancements to applications, has a strong understanding of application design and development. The candidate should be eager to learn new technologies and will be responsible to
  • Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution.
  • Provide design reviews and incorporate security requirements into design; and provide input to information/data flow, and understand and comply with Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps.
  • Adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications.
  • Document the detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules and develop/Enhance software application modules
  • Assume responsibility for issue resolution for production systems and provide tier 2-3 system support  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Computer Science
  • 5+ years’ experience as an application developer
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Oracle/SQL Server: T-SQL or PL/SQL
  • 3+ Years of experience with Business Intelligence Tool like QlikView or Business Objects
  • Experience performing Data Modelling
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Ab Initio will be given preference but not desired
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques in a highly challenging fast paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to logically identify process flows and design effective solutions
  • Self-motivated and Passionate to learn
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
