HRSD Specialist

Human Resources Service Delivery (“HRSD”) provides the full range of local HR operational services, including, but not limited to payroll (incl. expatriates, deferred compensation plans), employee benefits, health & safety, on- & offboarding, data management & MIS linked with global HR systems as well as local time & attendance tracking and benefit administration.


We are looking for a parental leave cover (20 months fixed term contract) within the HRSD team for our Frankfurt office.
 
Roles and responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to employee inquiries and support HRSD colleagues where necessary  
  • Manage on- and  off boarding of employees and internal transfers process
  • Create reference letter or employment verifications
  • Coordinate with third parties, such as auditors and vendors who support our HR function
  • Support of HR projects, e.g. improvement of operational procedures and processes
  • Benefit Account Administration including monthly fonds buy process
  • Data Management and updates in various HR systems
  • Own the production of monthly reports including but not limited to headcount reports, sickness and overtime reports, salary reconciliation reports
Qualifications:   
  • Experience working within business settings, preferably previous HR experience
  • Ability to work independently whilst using initiative to take ownership of tasks and projects with minimal supervision
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications including Excel,
  • Strong team player with proven ability to deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills in order to balance work load and prioritise
  • Flexibility when it comes to handling new tasks or unexpected emails
  • Strong motivation to learn new things and take on new work
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English, required due to close interaction with HR colleagues globally
