We are actively seeking a Capacity Planning Associate to join the Mortgage Bank Servicing Capacity Planning Team that serves as a Capacity Planning resource to assist Mortgage leaders in managing, forecasting, and gaining insight into operations staffing.  Primary responsibilities of the team include managing the monthly capacity planning process, assisting with financial and strategic analytic projects, and providing decision support to CCB and JPMC leadership.  Developing relationships with the business and other stakeholders to gather inputs for the planning process are a significant requirement for the role.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, troubleshoot and analyze the results of capacity tools on a monthly basis
  • Prepare forecast review documents for each capacity plan revision to be distributed to operational leadership for review and discussion
  • Support forecast infrastructure by helping to collect vital data and information from MIS and operational leadership
  • Prepare insightful, high quality Senior Management presentations
  • Support ad-hoc requests from the Business and Senior Management
  • Partner with business P&A team to ensure smooth functioning of the process
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain and coordinate calendar of deliverables

What Education/Experience do I Need?

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business related field) with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience preferred

 

Other Requirements

Microsoft Office PC skills required, especially Excel and PowerPoint.  Essbase skills preferred.
