  • Interfaces with clients & internal service partners to advocate client needs and solutions;

  • Uses thorough product knowledge to resolve unique or challenging issues on an individual needs basis ;

  • Escalates issues when necessary

  • Acts as a point of escalation for client with the internal areas

  • Analyzes client disputes and offers solutions that fit both client and company needs;

  • Monitors daily performance against established metrics;

  • May create and maintain client service calling plan, schedule and coordinate service reviews;

  • Knows the client's business and internal workflows; identifies ways to streamline.
