Trade Support Securities Services 
As part of Middle Office, Trade Support Securities Services is primarily responsible for query management and the delivery of the market, regulatory and business driven project agenda. The team work closely with all areas within Operations including all regional trade support, trading desks and Portfolio Management teams.

  • Oversight of the off-shore trade confirmation teams (covering Equity, Fixed Income, FX, Swaps & Convertible Bonds
  • Performance Management - Identifying and driving STP inefficiencies across the Products
  • Prepare metrics for monthly KPIs and Broker performance reviews
  • Oversight & Control of the daily Fails Management process covering global markets with the Outsource Provider
  • Project Management - Supporting the business, industry and market driven project change agenda
  • Management of all business queries into the desk supporting EMEA Trading and Portfolio Mgmt desks
  • Partner with Global Trade Support desks to address trade fails/trade confirm discrepancies
  • Manage the Risk, Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Framework and ad-hoc Audit reviews
  • Provide testing support for periodic system releases
  • Review and support new Products/Market launches/Transitions/Account processing


  • Previous managerial/leadership experience managing a small team would be an advantage
  • Proven experience within Global Settlements and Securities Trade Confirmation roles
  • Understanding of Equity and/or Fixed Income markets from trade execution through to settlement.
  • Previous Asset Management background/understanding of securities trade flow
  • Proven track record for problem-solving
  • Exposure to managing/delivering projects
  • Knowledge of current regulatory and market initiatives impacting Asset Management would be an advantage
  • Ability to communicate, interact and present to senior management
