Our Global Service Centers (GSCs) are strategically positioned in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to support the firm’s operations regionally and globally. The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          The Technology team at our GSCs service all Lines of Business and Enterprise Technology in helping build and operate innovative industry leading solutions. The breadth of capabilities within the Technology team at the GSC enables it to support the firm in leading edge areas such as Digital, Big data analytics, Robotics & Machine Learning.

Ø  Perform health checks & Monitor infrastructure, servers, databases, distributed batch jobs

Ø  Knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes and tools

Ø  Manage, track and validate all changes to the Production, Disaster Recovery environment.

Ø  Manage incidents and leverage cross-functional teams to quickly eliminate impacts

Ø  Escalate issues/Risks effectively when necessary across supporting framework

Ø  Knowledge (documentation) management experience. Strong technical documentation skills

Ø  Ability to align IT service offerings with business strategies, goals, and objectives

Ø  Ability to perform root cause analysis and perform critical thinking around driving an issue to resolution

Ø  Troubleshoot technical issues or escalate and work with appropriate technology teams to provide solutions. 

Ø  Experience working a in a multicultural department with globally disperse resources and responsibilities

Ø  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; includes the ability to communicate clearly and confidently, to different audiences simultaneously, such as business, technical, operations, senior management, etc.

Ø  Possess excellent trouble-shooting skills, are driven to help internal/external customers.

Ø  Aggressively respond to service requests from Client facing support teams, Operations partners, etc.

Ø   Manage application and infrastructure to maximize stability and resiliency. Leverage and improve monitoring and alerting capabilities to ensure application SLAs are met.

Ø  Strong focus on automation and processes. Design, implement, improve and utilize key monitoring tools
