The Global Technology team's vision is to adopt Cloud Computing ‘at scale’.
The role is to ensure that the firm’s adoption of Cloud complies with control, cybersecurity, legal and regulatory requirements.
Execution and delivery will be achieved through active collaboration with line of business Technology Controls Officers (TCOs) to provide high quality security solutions and services that are focused on improving the Firm's risk posture. 
Role Description
Reporting to the Cloud Risk & Controls lead , this role represents a great opportunity to help transform the way that one of the world’s largest organizations manages technology risk and controls.
The Cloud Controls Manager will manage:
  • The business requirements for an integrated Cloud Controls & Compliance Framework
  • Develop a Cloud Controls blueprint, roadmap and data model
  • Assist in the development of business intelligence reporting engines Cloud controls
  • Work with the LOBs and regions to leverage and integrate best practice ideas, tools and innovation for firm-wide re-use and build out
  • Evaluate the options for a new firm-wide governance, risk & compliance toolset
    • Some experience in IT, IT Risk, or IT Controls, is essential, but candidates do not necessarily have to have worked previously in IT risk or IT control roles, or in ‘Cloud’
    • Analytical mindset; able to work back to first principles or perform root cause analysis
    • Proven ability to use Excel or other tools to analyze and present data
    • Highly motivated team player with excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to persuade and influence with tact and assertiveness; strong collaboration and negotiation skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to strive for 100% when required, and to be pragmatic (‘80/20 rule’) on other occasions
