The Marketing Senior Associate, Deepening will be responsible for marketing programs that grow Chase engaged multi-product households across Credit Card, the Consumer Bank and other Chase lines of business.  The Marketing Senior Associate will partner closely with Credit Card, Consumer Bank, Auto, and Home Lending on cross-line of business relationship deepening initiatives, inclusive of acquisitions, customer engagement, experience and retention.
Specifically, the Marketing Senior Associate will have deepening responsibilities in the following key areas:
  • Marketing strategy & insight generation
  • Campaign planning & execution
  • Creative and content development
  • Relationship management & governance
  • Reporting & tracking 
This role will have particular focus on innovation in cross line of business marketing and customer experience to drive both new multi-product relationships and upgrade, engage and retain existing multi-product customers.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • Experience in marketing execution, with digital marketing a plus
  • Customer centric, consumer needs based marketing approach.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising marketing campaigns across channels
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal, matrixed team relationship management.
  • Good verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytic skills; ability to manage to P&L objectives.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
