Chase CCB (Consumer & Community Banking) is undertaking an aggressive digital transformation agenda, which builds on the success of the current mobile and online service offerings. Chase is investing in innovative ways to deepen customer engagement and profitability through the use of digital channels. The ambition is to position Chase as the undisputed leader in digital financial services and payments and to enable Chase to deliver the highly personalized, real time experiences that customers increasingly expect.

The online and mobile channels for Chase CCB currently support more than 32 million active customers; 9 million customers interact with us daily, making Chase the most visited banking portal in the US. Within Consumer and Community Banking, the Digital IT team is responsible for setting and executing strategies that align with business objectives and drive innovation across Chase Online and Mobile, helping to establish the best Digital banking customer experience in the industry.


The CCB Digital Business Services team, is chartered with managing and directing the business services supporting major externally facing application components (web and native mobile apps) focusing on the discipline of functional delivery in the area of customer login, enrollment, product enrollment, and data sourcing across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. enterprise. 
 
Rapid growth is taking place in the DBDS Shared Services team, creating an opening for a driven individual to work with the Chief of Staff on the following initiatives-
  • Managing the project allocation process (using Clarity)
  • Cyber incident tracking; interface with Risk team on managing, tracking and planning Remedies for incidents
  • Agile status reporting
  • Agile methodology rollout
  • Maintain staff inventory
  • Recruiting and hiring 
  • Interface with ADMs on cyber/hiring
  • Organize team meetings (schedule, reserve space, agenda)
  • Track training / time entry / etc
  • Push team to agile proficiency and cloud transformation
  • Budgeting and financial planning (work with the Business Management office to justify and reconcile hiring costs)
  • Contributing to the re-organization of teams as the scope of work, number of resources and number of teams increases.

The position will report directly to the Chief of Staff.

 
  • 5+ years experience working in a fast-paced financial services/digital focused delivery environment
  • 1+ years experience in an Agile environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to negotiate with and influence staff across the organization (technologists, business managers, recruiting).
  • Experience working with external vendors and recruiters
  • Strong ownership of tasks / initiatives and persistent follow-up
  • Multi-tasking
  • Experience with Excel (e.g. pivot tables)
  • Cloud computing experience a plus
