Global Technology (GT) is the technology organization for the Firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner.
Cloud Services (CS) is an enablement organization with creating and supporting cloud based architecture offerings. The role will focus on strategic initiatives with responsibility for Risk and Controls, Cyber and regulatory compliance in the APAC region. This position will include partnering with Service Leads of the CS organization, individuals across Operations, Technology, Real Estate and the broader GT organization. This individual will be responsible for managing and driving the CS organization's risk agenda and ensuring transparency and appropriate controls in APAC as part of the global Cloud Services TCO team.
The candidate will aggregate and assess impact of the CS risk agenda drive management and governance programs, create executive discussions and executable programs that lead to sustainable change. This individual will also work closely with key partners including Cyber, Compliance, Risk and Audit. He/She will drive business objectives related to actions plans, audits and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong risk and controls background with an ability to assess complex organizational objectives, problem diagnosis and ownership. He/She must have excellent analytic and communication skills as well as experience interacting with and presenting to senior level management. He/She should have experience working in virtual teams with matrix managed reporting lines. This position requires a "self-starter" with a desire to learn and a passion for transformation. They will also require the skills to develop relationships at all levels of the CS organization. Some international travel may be required.
