Custody and Fund Services provides middle office, custody, accounting and administration services for fund managers including mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity, real estate funds, pension funds and fund of funds.
Job Description
The successful candidate will join the EMEA Custody Product Management Team within Investor Services.  The Investor Services business has commenced a large scale programme of transformation to address the needs of their clients and changing market and regulatory landscape.  In the role of EMEA Custody Product Analyst, key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate the impacts and required changes to client contracts, in partnership with Legal and Sales
  • Assess operating model changes, to determine optimal future state models in partnership with Product Development
  • Document and deliver client communications for all relevant Custody projects
  • Partner with the Programme leads across Investor Services, Client Service and Sales to ensure a consistent client communication approach and positive client experience
  • Internal communications and training for client facing staff on the changes in scope for the programme
  • Input and support of client transitions in partnership with the Product Development and Implementations team
  • Maintain and publish holistic inventory of client data relevant to managing key Custody initiatives
  • Stay abreast of market and competitor changes as they pertain to and potentially impact the Legal Entity programme of work
  • Analytical skills, problem solving, good critical thinking and decision-making skills based upon fact and business/industry knowledge
  • Sound understanding of the Investor Services business and Custody product features is preferable
  • Good communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external clients; executive presentation skills
  • Good understanding of the Asset Manager, Asset Owner and Banking segments and corresponding client behaviours
  • Leadership: accountability for Custody strategic deliverables and able to act as an effective team player in a dynamic environment
  • Experience of working on projects and operating in a virtual team structure
  • Preferable experience of working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment
