The online and mobile channels for Chase currently support more than 32 million active customers; 9 million customers interact with us daily, making Chase the most visited banking portal in the US.   Within Consumer and Community Banking, the Digital IT team is responsible for setting and executing strategies that align with business objectives and drive innovation across Chase Online and Mobile, helping to establish the best Digital banking customer experience in the industry.

Payment Interface Ecosystem (PIE) is focused on transforming payment capabilities for customers and merchants while driving convergence and standardization across JPMC.  PIE encompasses multiple applications and platforms which support credit, debit and other platforms end-to-end from acquirer to issuer.   

As an Application Developer with the PIE team you will be instrumental in and responsible for developing high quality applications and solutions that address business needs by delivering new capabilities to customers and merchants across the Emerging Payments space.  This will include developing or enhancing transaction processing applications, including building and testing of heterogeneous interfaces across the ecosystem.  The ideal candidate will be proficient with payment systems and have experience with Visa, MasterCard, and other payment network interfaces. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Complete development assignments on time with an appropriate level of quality to support project efforts.

·         Participate in a digital technology project from concept to implementation, and through all phases of the software development lifecycle

·         Create work estimates based on technology concepts and requirements documentation.

·         Support project releases.

REQUIREMENTS:

·         5+ years experience designing and implementing web & Mobile applications

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS - for iOS/Server*:*

·         5+ years of combined software/application development experience in Java / Web / Mobile.

·         Minimum 3+ yrs of Core Development experience in iOS Development

·         Experience in developing, deploying, and/or supporting an enterprise size solution

·         Experience with all phases of the development life cycle

·         Experience with the following is desired:

·         Familiarity with Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning

·         Enthusiasm for automated testing

·         Experience with unit testing frameworks

·         Experience with source control management
