The goal of the Global Business Resiliency Team is to ensure firm wide oversight over all business resiliency.  Business resiliency focuses on ensuring that the firm can maintain key business processes, systems and support functions in the event of disruptive events. 
 
Role Summary/Responsibilities:
 
The Resiliency Analyst’s primary responsibilities include:
  • Reporting
  • Gathering and mining of resiliency data
  • Responsibility for collating and centralizing all reporting metrics/ MIS issued across the firm wide resiliency stakeholders.
  • Produce the monthly metrics for Resiliency, working with the Regional Leads and the LOB Business Resiliency Officers
  • Provide qualitative analysis on the metrics, highlight actual and potential risk exposure
  • Implement reporting initiatives, partnering with Technology as needed
Qualifications:
  • BA (or equivalent) degree required
  • Experience and exposure in risks/controls related fields (e.g. audit, resiliency, operational risk) preferred
  • Strong logical, analytical and quantitative mindset and skills
  • Self-starter and motivated, able to operate with limited supervision
  • Detail and delivery oriented, able to effectively plan and track to timeline
  • Flexible and comfortable working with multiple competing timelines/tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to work with multiple teams and time zones
  • Effective communication; Able to communicate succinctly both in writing and in speech
