JP Morgan Asset Management Service Center
The Chase Wealth Management Service Centers have a strong reputation of superb customer service. We are a disciplined group devoted to customer service and thrive on winning.  We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team!  Work in a fast-paced call center where associates handle 25 - 50 inbound calls per day.  Make a difference in a strong team environment by assisting customers and other support services areas when needed.  Own each phone call and follow up with customers on a daily basis, all while participating in our 52-week training program!
 
Our National Customer Service Center is comprised of two very unique areas, which together service the needs of our Investment Representatives/Personal Bankers and Customers directly. 
 
The Broker Service Centers provides support to Investment Representatives on virtually all brokerage products, systems and procedures. 
 
The National Customer Service Center provides support to our investment clients on all brokerage products and services provided by Chase Wealth Management.
 
Work Schedule: 9:15am-5:45pm Monday - Friday with 1 Saturday per month.
 
 
Possible Career Paths (after 1 year): 
  • Sr. Investment Support Associate III
  • Service Center Team Lead/Management
  • Other areas of Support Services (Equity/Fixed Income Trading, Transfers, Margin, Cashiering, etc.)
  • Sales (Financial Advisor, Licensed Personal Banker or Sales Assistant)

  • Requires 0-2 years related financial industry experience
  • Requires either FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses or to obtain licenses within 90 days of hire  
  • Prefer brokerage, annuity or retirement knowledge

  • An ability to multitask and willingness to learn
