The goal of the Global Business Resiliency Team is to ensure firm wide oversight over all business resiliency.  Business resiliency focuses on ensuring that the firm can maintain key business processes, systems and support functions in the event of disruptive events. 
 
Role Summary/Responsibilities:
 
The Resiliency Analyst’s primary responsibilities include:
Support the Global Resiliency Testing & QA Team in the Planning, Execution and Monitoring of the testing program.
  • Planning
    • Partner with Global Business Resiliency  Testing Lead to evaluate the historic information and support development of annual schedule
    • Support development of syndication materials
  • Execution
    • Support GBR Testing Program Regional Leads with Logistics (which includes but not limited to participants identification Exercise Rooms, Telecommunications, Exercise material)
    • Post Event Reporting Support (Coordinate the test report finalization, which included observation, ensure all test elements have been captured)
  • Monitoring
    • Ensure the planning stages for the test events are monitored to avoid any slippages
    • Document, track and escalate event changes
    • Develop and manage reporting around schedules and test results
In addition to this provide analytical support.
  • Support aggregated program update for governance committees of program results
  • Support analysis around resiliency testing
Qualifications:
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s Degree in commerce / finance
    • Proficient in Microsoft  Office Toolset (Specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Experience
    • 5+ years financial services experience with background  in Business Resiliency, and/or exposure in risks/controls related fields (e.g. audit, resiliency, operational risk) preferred
    • Experience leading and managing a team and facilitating meetings
  • Skills
    • Detail and delivery oriented, able to effectively plan and track to timeline
    • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate ability to work well across global groups in various lines of businesses and disciplines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (communicate effectively at all levels of the organization).
    • Ability to summarize large amounts of information, and synthesize key messages to a senior audience.
    • Strong logical, analytical and quantitative mindset and skills
    • Self-starter and motivated, able to operate with limited supervision
