Business Analysis & Reporting Specialist – Team Lead
Global Security & Investigations protects the firm's employees and assets throughout the world. This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, security guard management and alarm response, crisis management, ATM, branch and corporate building security and customer safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety, executive protection, employment screening, security operations on a global basis and fraud investigations.
The Global Workforce Screening Team Lead position is a direct report to the  in-country manager; with dotted line reporting to US  management.   As a GWS Team Lead, you will manage day-to-day operations for a small team supporting daily screening activities for contingent workers & JPMC employees; ensuring tasks are performed within the agreed time frames.
The ideal candidate will have prior managerial experience, and will be eager to work directly with employees and internal partners across the program initiatives. Responsibilities will include:
  • Perform day to day management of offshore team
  • Manage volumes to maintain a balanced workload among the team members
  • Conduct monthly metrics to maintain volumes and productivity of team members
  • Provide continuous communication and feedback to team
  • Effectively address any issues/concerns by employees or candidates
  • Proactively inform any potential issues to management
  • Identify training needs to benefit team members
  • Maintain guidelines, polices and procedures, change management, and business resiliency
  • Liaise with internal partners and work closely with the onshore Global Workforce Screening team.
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience; operations preferred
  • Strong ability to provide ongoing coaching and  feedback
  • Ability to manage confidential information and data; strong understanding of the sensitivity involved in the work
  • Strong analytical skills; identify and analyze data and information to provide value-added solutions or recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively and develop strong working partnerships
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong ability to deliver results efficiently and proactively
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
