  1. Work independently to onboard retail, high-net-worth, corporate, institutional and intermediary clients
  2. Review documents and communicate with clients and client advisors to ensure all account opening, account maintenance, remediation and KYC refresh requirements are met
  3. Liaise with various departments such as Legal, Compliance, Oversight & Control, AML and GFCC to clarify regulatory and group policy requirements
  4. Act as a subject matter expert to update SOPs, prepare presentation and provide training to internal counterparties
  5. Initiate and coordinate projects to support client experience enhancement, regulatory changes and regional project rollout
  6. Represent team function to speak up in local and regional meetings and assess client and business impact

LI/POST

  • University graduate in any discipline or demonstrate a basic understanding of financial markets and investment products
  • Must be client centric and very detail-oriented
  • Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Escalate timely as & when required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with client service mindset and able to maintain good client and internal relationships
  • Have positive outlook and a desire to stretch themselves & team to achieve both personal and functional success
  • Constantly look for opportunities to improve process efficiency and increase productivity
  • In-depth knowledge of regulations and policies surrounded client onboarding and due diligence
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Professional license: SITCA License, or Senior Brokerage License or Trust License is a must
  • Possess high sense of urgency and accuracy
  • Good level of emotional quotient to be capable in handling difficult customer situation
