The Campus Recruiting Operations Manager will support the Corporate and Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) programs, which are entry-level training and development programs designed to attract, develop, and retain exceptional individuals with key skills to meet the continually evolving resource needs of the businesses within JPMorgan Chase.  The programs currently hire Full Time and Summer Analysts and Associates across multiple locations within the U.S.
  • The Corporate Programs are comprised of the Technology, Corporate Analyst, Global Finance & Business Management, Compliance, Audit and Human Resources Programs.   Program analysts and associates are sourced for needs that span all lines of businesses.
  • The Asset & Wealth Management Programs hires analysts and associates to work within Wealth Management, Asset Management or Risk.  Role examples include product specialist in an investment solutions team, member of an integrated team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth and capital advisors, as well as working with client portfolio managers, traders, research analysts, marketers and client advisors to analyze and execute investment strategies across multiple asset classes.
Reporting to the AWM and Corporate Campus Recruiting Director, the Operations Manager will be responsible to help drive and execute on key priorities across reporting and analytics, process management and strategic planning.
Reporting & Analytics:
  • Oversee the development, automation and production of standardized global management recruiting reporting involving large complex sets of data to drive execution and decision-making at multiple stakeholder levels throughout the annual recruiting cycle. 
  • Analyze global recruiting data to identify and report on trends and key findings; present and summarize key findings through PowerPoint for key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Oversee the execution of actionable reporting throughout the recruiting cycle, including demand vs. hiring status, intern conversion, performance management, school reporting, onboarding and audit reports.
  • Provide support for recruiting team on special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests as needed in a timely manner.
Process Management & Reengineering:
  • Manage all processes across the recruiting cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, academic interns, candidate management in applicant tracking system and event management, to drive consistent and efficient execution.
  • Identify opportunities for the Corporate & AWM Recruiting Team to streamline recruiting processes & gain greater efficiency and risk management controls, leveraging new and existing technology tools.
  • Represent Corporate & AWM on cross-program Operations Leads call and drive execution within the team across projects.  This includes, but is not limited to, Technology, Risk & Control, and Metrics & Reporting.
  • Partner with the central operations team on implementing new processes, controls and technology.
  • Actively consider the experience of recruiters, candidates, and the business when engaging in process and technology implementations.
  • Act as a change agent throughout the implementation of new technology tools and processes.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
Financial Management:
  • Liaise with Finance on setting and managing the recruiting budget, including a monthly review of budgets / expenses, mid-year forecast and annual budget planning.
Team Management:
  • Manage the recruiting business analyst, who is responsible for reporting and management of key recruiting processes.
  • Manage the centralized events team, who is responsible for the planning and logistics of our large-scale signature events, including in-house events and conferences.
Strategic Planning & Special Projects
  • Assist recruiting management with year-round planning to ensure client and team priorities are met, strategic impact is delivered, and key dates/milestones are outlined and met.
  • Prepare presentations for key stakeholders and senior management, leveraging data to present key findings and recommendations.
Qualifications / Experience Guidelines:
  • Minimum 5 years in operations, project management or business management experience required – HR, Recruiting or Entry program experience a plus
  • Ability to influence and work across multiple partners, including Operations, Recruiting team members, Technology, Compliance and HR to drive best practices, obtain information, execute key deliverables
  • Ability to make data driven decisions based on evaluation of qualitative and quantitative inputs
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think through problems and recommend solutions while understanding downstream impacts
  • Demonstrated track record around effective project management and process improvement
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage competing priorities; deal with ambiguity; operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team skills and relationship management skills
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills
