Partner with Line of Business, Risk Management and Technology groups to coordinate the integration of applications/platforms/databases into the certification tool. Recommend and implement enhancements to the process and tool to improve effectiveness and efficiency. 


Reviews Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Test Cases to understand the functional and technical requirements in order to test the application and verify those requirements are successfully met. Executes test scripts and documents defects for test scripts where the actual results do not successfully meet expected results. Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. Will be responsible to manage certification related projects.


  • Work with business and risk managers for certifying access to relative applications/platforms/databases.

  • Work with business, risk managers and Technology group for certifying access to relative applications/platforms/databases.

  • Coordinate data collection and confirm readiness to initiate access certifications.               Monitor communications for appropriateness of content and escalation.

  • Manage schedule to ensure SOX, SSA, and internal audit requirements are met.

  • Provide timely information from certifications to security administrations to action results concerning access.

  • 4 to 6 years of Information security policies/Practices; Incumbent should have prior experience in the industry, with experience in certification.

  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies.

  • Working knowledge on the following areas risk, governance, certification process, audit management, SOX.

  • Good analytical, communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be willing to work on a rotating schedule that will include weekends and holidays.

  • Hands on experience on projects related to Identity and access management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with positions of all levels.

  • Understanding of key controls and how they impact the business from an operational or systems perspective.

  • Having I&AM related certifications is a plus.

  • Good knowledge on Problem, change and Incident management skills.
