Reporting to: Business Manager

The sales support team is a source of information and support to a number of areas within the Sales Team and works closely on joint projects with other business and service areas. Therefore, establishing and maintaining good working relationships are a vital part of this role as is gaining an excellent understanding of the company and its aims.

The key relationships for this role are with the sales and marketing teams well as with product specialists and fund managers - all based in London.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

Create sales pitch presentations and client management updates;

Answer queries from external consultants and clients when required;

Learn about clients, intermediaries and competitors in all markets;

Use external databases to carry out competitor analysis;

Maintain various sources of data including Staff information, AuM etc;

Complete ad hoc data requests and questionnaires;

Update and maintain a variety of Fund documentation;

Support both the sales and marketing teams with updating and monitoring the CRM system.

*Undergraduate or Graduate in Economics/Finance or equivalent.*

Professional Profile:
Knowledge in banking, finance, know-how in investment funds would be an asset;
Italian mother tongue; Fluent spoken and written English;
Client oriented and high service quality;
Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent;
Good know-how in MS-Office tools.

Personal Profile:
Strong team player with drive and client focus;
Clear communicator (written/oral);
Strong organization and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The applicant must be enrolled in a university or must have obtained the degree within 12 months before the starting date of the internship
