IT Risk and Controls:  Oversight and governance of IT Risk across the firm including IT Risk posture, IT Risk assessment framework, IT regulatory compliance and IT policies and standards. In responding to this growth the Global Technology Controls Office (GTCO), is responsible for delivering a well controlled, resilient, compliant and secure technology environment through proactive risk and controls management and an embedded self sustaining controls culture.  As a 1st Line of defense function GTCO work in partnership with our CIOs, CTOs, TCOs, ADMs, DBAs, etc. to deliver continuous improvement of our technology controls environment.  CTCO provide the framework, methodology, tools and expertise to help design and embed a robust world class controls environment. In addition, we provide the necessary oversight and continuous assessment of Global Technology’s risk and controls profile.
 
Global Technology Key Control Indicator and Analytics Lead
Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for governance and execution of the Key Control Index program goals and objectives:
  • Oversee the process for creating new Key Control Indicators associated with key risks and aligned to Global Technology Standards
  • Establish a standard framework that includes meaningful control indicators with thresholds that will provide management a means to form a view of technology-related compliance risk; monitor and evaluate KCI and KRI results and breaches of thresholds
  • Key Control Indicators & Analytics - including analysis of trends, outliers and underlying drivers
  • Responsible for collaboration with global stakeholders such as Operational Risk, Global Technology Standard Owners, Global Process Owners (RCSA), Regulatory engagement and Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) to solicit information and data, document current state and to develop future state strategy.
  • Provide requirements for the creation/use of a single repository to house KCIs for Global Technology
  •  Develop strategies for data mining for use in analytics and standards for data collection, analysis and reporting
  • Develop validation methodologies for data and metrics utilized
  • Develop and publish reports
  • Analyze data and reports to derive improvement opportunities, perform root cause analysis and collaborate on viable solutions to drive simplification, efficiency and enhanced governance processes.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology, IT Risk or IT Controls, including the implementation of associated Policies and Standards frameworks.
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
  • Clear, concise, and confident communicator (written & verbal)
  • Ability to change direction and adjust priority as needed by senior management
  • Previous experience in diverse range of technology, risk and control roles
  • Strategic mindset that can quickly identify how the components of a holistic risk/control program should fit together
  • Highly motivated team player with excellent analytical, written and verbal communications skills is required.
  • Ability to translate vision and strategy into clear actionable goals, establish priorities and achieve measurable results
  • Track record of establishing and maintaining collaborative cross-organizational partnerships to achieve results
  • Ability to persuade and influence is key.  Must have ability to be tactful yet assertive
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask well under pressure
  • Knowledge of NIST, FFIEC, COBIT and ITIL standards desired
