The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.
- Between 0-2 years of basic research experience
- Experience with searching and collating information, smart compilation of facts
- skilled to synthesize information from different data sources and collate per the requirement
- Ability to breakdown the task in hand and meticulously complete the tasks
- At least moderate level of fluency with MS Excel, PPT and Word Documents.
- Comfortable in working through online tools and databases to gather information and insights
- Ability to manage volumes and adhering to the SLAs
- Fluent in communication and highly energetic
- Is ambitious and has a learning attitude
Graduates from any stream
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance. business management
- In-depth knowledge in Excel and working knowledge in MS Access & PowerPoint is required
- Experience in performing basic research functions
- Adept at maintaining high accuracy levels
- Ability to understand objectives/ motivations of very senior constituents and prepare presentations for the appropriate audience
- Curious, energetic and highly proactive in nature and always focusing on opportunity arising from situations
- “No excuses” culture and mindset as a belief system
- Ability to consider multiple dimensions of an issue
- Taking responsibility of people/ team around you and be a helping hand in grooming people to develop
- Willingness to believe in oneself and assess situations as well as take risks when called for
