Qualifications & Experience Guidelines
Demonstrated expert knowledge of direct sourcing strategies (e.g. referral generation, cold calling, online social networking, etc.) to proactively build candidate pipelines.
Significant experience recruiting in-house or in a boutique search environment focused on technology talent
Strong understanding of the technology used to support development environments and banking technology
Competitive personality and relentless work ethic – a talent hunter
Be totally comfortable working with clients, having owned relationships at CIO, CTO, Department Head and VP level
Highly analytical and have strong business acumen, with the ability to discern scalable talent.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
BA/BS degree in HR or Business Administration (or related field experience) preferred.
