Description
  • Be the first point of contact for TS clients' daily servicing needs relating to cash management
  • Determine and analyse issues raised and ensure suitability of solutions proposed
  • Provide answers to queries immediately where possible, and/or initiate investigation when a case has been assigned
  • Take ownership in pending cases follow-up and provide proactive updates to clients
  • Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner 
  • Ensure all complaints are escalated appropriately.
  • Log customers' inquiries and ensure that cases are closed timely
  • Proactive client communication with client visits
  • Ensure risk/compliance guidelines are followed at all times
  • Make suggestions to both clients and internal for improving business processes
  • Handle complex investigations / escalations
  • May prepare monthly reports
  • Back up team members on Service & Implementation
  • Manage calls to support JPMorgan Access. Resolve the customer issues and queries in a way that reflects and expresses excellent customer service.
  • Take ownership and provide technical support and customer service to clients and business areas within JPMorgan.
  • Liaise with support functions and other business units to ensure the customer receives satisfactory responses in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all unresolved problems are escalated in accordance to instructions held on Policy & Procedure website.
  • Organize webinar, remote and on site client training for supported Client Access platforms
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English & Arabic - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible attitude to working.
  • Self motivation and the ability to work off own initiative.
  • Maintaining high customer service
  • Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust to changing workloads
  • Personal responsibility for tasks and actions
  • PC Literate with a sound working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Understands the relationships between products and how they relate to the client's business strategy;
  • Understand and manages client risk at JPMorgan;
  • Develops internal partnerships.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining a professional manner
  • Dual-ability to work effectively as both a team player and alone
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities whilst meeting deadlines
